Introduction
The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Library Digital Publishing Program offers faculty a platform for the creation, management, and publication of peer-reviewed journals where there is an identified need or opportunity. To help the library and the university’s Executive Leadership Committee objectively evaluate proposals for new journal publication, we ask that faculty submit this brief form outlining their proposal and the qualifications of the proposed editorial leadership. Faculty must also agree to the minimum editor commitments outlined in this form.
